Mali Yetu provides the following services:

Credit facilities backed by stored goods.
Secure digital payments including mobile money transfers, escrow, and bulk disbursements.
Financial tracking and reporting for businesses and cooperatives.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Not misuse or tamper with the platform.
Report any unauthorized use of your account.
Mali Yetu will not be responsible for losses arising from negligence or failure to protect your account credentials.

All transactions are recorded, and users may access receipts and statements via the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mali Yetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
